Wedding Dresses Made Of Toilet Paper!?

We are pausing from our regularly scheduled ugliest bridesmaids' dresses to share this with you: Why spend 2k on your wedding dress when you can go 2-ply? As part of a these brides looked no further than their bathrooms for the perfect dress, crafting gowns out of toilet paper. (For a full gallery of toilet paper gowns, check out Giggle Sugar!) Some of the brides look absolutely Charmin in their couture-esque gowns, while others just look like they got into a fight with the Brawny paper towel man. Now we're just left wondering: Did these wedding belles have bridesmaids -- or chambermaids?

yes, this was for a contest. my friend won 2nd place for the gown on the right. and don't worry, no one actually wore it to a wedding.. it was all just for fun :)

They didnt actually have to wear them in their wedding, it was just a contest...(I think a few of them arent even planning on getting married anytime soon)

LOL! These dresses must be from bridal shower parties. We have played the same games for my cousins' bridal showers. The one on the right is well made.

IF YOU GO TO THE LINK THAT PEOPLE.COM PROVIDED, YOU WOULD SEE THAT IT IS A CONTEST, WHERE THE BRIDES WOULD WIN $500.00 TO COVER THEIR FAVORS, AND WEDDING CENTERPIECE COSTS. THERE ARE MORE THAN THESE TWO THERE, AND HONESTLY, THERE WERE BETTER ONES THAN THIS.

Oh wow! The one on the right looks like someone put some time in creating it. They didn't do a bad job in my opinion but...come on toilet paper? I can understand not having tons of money for a wedding but if you are so poor you have to make your dress out of butt paper then by all means just go to the court house in jeans! Couldn't you just imagine everyone sitting outside waiting on the lovely bride to come down the isle and when she does one of those "out of the blue" spring showers start up all of a sudden. Your family event just turned into an X-Rated honeymoon scene that only your new hubby should see! Just watch what happens to toilet paper when you add water! lol

THE DRESS ON THE RIGHT LOOKS CREATIVE, BUT THE ONE ON THE LEFT LOOKS LIKE SHE GOT IT CAUGHT IN A PAPER SHREDDER. NICE TRY THOUGH.
